Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to inform us that you wish to return the item. You have a further 14 days from this date to return the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
All postage costs are non-refundable and this amount will be deducted from the refund amount.
The buyer is responsible for paying the return postage. We reserve the right to make a reduction to the amount we reimburse you if the value of the item has been diminished in any way, for example, by unpacking, usage or damage in handling. Where postage was free to deliver, our cost of the postage will be deducted from the returned item/ order as well as the above.

Please ensure you include your full name, a contact telephone number and your original receipt or order number. Please also ensure you send the item tracked and insured to the value of the returned item as we cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage to any items during transit upon return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately we do not accept refunds for gift cards.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can rectify the issue as quickly as possible.
We're sorry if you have received a faulty or damaged item. Providing you inform us of any damages or faults within 30 days of receipt of the item, we will endeavor to replace the item or you can request a full refund including the original postage costs. Please contact us directly so we can advise the best method of returning the item to us. No refunds or replacements will be provided until the item has been returned to us.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus any original postage costs unless the item was faulty. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund so please allow 3-10 working days.
Faulty items beyond 31 days of receipt will be subject to manufacturer warranty terms. If you are unsure what these are please contact us directly so we can advise you.
