Orders confirmed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched sameday. (Please note orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday)

We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Delivery aim 1-2 days), DPD Next working day (some postcodes are a two-day service) and DHL Next working day dependant upon the size, weight, total cost and delivery location so we can offer you the best service for your order.

(Delivery times are not guaranteed however please get in touch if you require your delivery urgently so we can discuss your options.)

Please ensure someone will be at the cardholders address on the day of delivery as unfortunatley we are unable to leave items with neighbours or in a safe place. If no-one is going to be at home, please let us know so we can re-arrange delivery.
