Products displayed on this site may be purchased by following all ordering steps on line.
On receipt of confirmation from World Pay that your order payment has been completed we will manually review the Shopping Cart order.
All prices are shown on the website in GBP (British Pounds).
Prices include VAT.
VAT content is detailed in the shopping basket.
We try to ensure that all prices displayed on the web site are accurate. We display items which are in usually stock and which can be dispatched to you within two working days of your order. If an item is out of stock it will be stated. If we are unable to supply an item which you have ordered we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. In this event you may cancel your order and a full refund of any monies paid will be made.
Postal charges are kept to a minimum dependant on the items ordered. There is a maximum shipping cost for multiple orders in the U.K. of £10.00 and £30.00 for Europe, which is restricted in the shopping basket. Any postal cost being charged will show during check out.
You can pay by any of the cards accepted by "Worldpay". Your credit card details are not passed to us, purely a confirmation of a payment received to our account with "World Pay". The shopping cart also allows payment through Worldpay from a Paypal account.
We reserve the right to reject orders and payments in certain circumstances.
If this is the case and we are able to supply the goods you will be offered the option to make payment by bank transfer.
We will deliver goods to addresses within the U.K. and EU.
We aim to delivery goods to destinations within the U.K. in 2-3 working days, please allow up to 7 days if you are advised that Royal Mail is the method of delivery. Most bulkier items are delivered by courier on a next working day signed for delivery service. For international orders please allow up to 10 working days, though most can be delivered within 3-4 working days.
Whilst every effort will be made to adhere to this timetable we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the goods have not been delivered to you within the time stated, please contact us by telephone or e-mail. We will try to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, or if you wish you may cancel your order and we will refund you any money which you have paid.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com If your return is accepted we will provide a return address to send to , please send tracked / insured to the value of the returned item . Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Due to packaging, processing and card charges involved we deduct 10% from the value of any returned / cancelled orders.
Where postage was free to delivery , our cost of the postage will be deducted from the returned item/ order as well as the above.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use or the inability to use our website or resulting from unauthorised access to, or alteration of your transmissions or data in circumstances which are beyond our control.
We will not be responsible for your loss of profits, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or any other loss which does not directly result from something we have done wrong.
We cannot promise that our website will be uninterupted or error free.We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our internet services for any reason beyond our control.
Detecnicks Ltd only use the information we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the data protection act (2018). All information is collected solely to complete the transaction at the time the information is given and is not retained for any other purpose. We do not sell or pass your information to any other individuals or companies.
Cookies are used to save your shopping basket. They are also used to allow us to track which pages are being viewed within our site. We do not allow the use of third party cookies for advertising purposes.
