Freedomphones
Cordless headphones for use with Minelab metal detectors - exclusively available from Detecnicks.
These are lightweight and comfortable headphones with a padded adjustable band fitted with full ear pads. The transmitter is housed in a box measuring 115mm x 63mm x 30mm and powered by 2 x AAA batteries (Supplied) the lead from which being 90cms in length to allow for mounting on your machine wherever you choose and is fitted with a 6.3mm jack plug.
The headphones have an on/off switch which is also a volume control. When not detecting they can also receive FM radio. The headset is also powered by 2 x AAA batteries (Supplied). The reception of the signal is quick, and the quality of the signals on Minelab machines is excellent. We do also supply a fixed lead for when your batteries fail and when used with this the signals are even better (this lead however is not covered under our warranty).
The unit is supplied with 2 x zip clips and 2 x sticky velcro strips for mounting the transmitter.
