IMPORTANT POSTAL INFORMATIONThe postal dispute strike action is now suspended, we are however leaving the next working day delivery option available at checkout, so that if you wish to ensure next working day delivery on your goods you can select the option for a £7.50 charge.This will override all listed postal charges and in fact be free of charge on orders over £100.00 Accessory items are delivered using Royal Mail 1st class postal service where items are under 2 kilos in weight where the option is not selected. Machines are sent using courier delivery automatically. As at 14th December 2010Due to recent adverse weather conditions both locally to Detecnicks and in other regions of the country we are experiencing difficulties with packages being delivered. There remains a backlog in certain areas which is causing delays to current deliveries. In view of the anticipated further adverse weather we must advise that we cannot ensure delivery is made on a next working day basis and may even experience a failure in deliveries before Christmas in some areas. Our couriers are making every attempt to complete deliveries and we hope that all orders placed before 2.00pm on Friday 17th December will be delivered before Christmas but are not in a position to guarantee this.
